Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Argos Insight AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company qualified to do business in California (doing business as “Argos AI”) (“Argos”, “we”, “us”). They govern your access to and use of the websites argosinsight.ai and argospredict.com, the dashboards, signals, alerts, emails, APIs, and MCP endpoints offered through them, and any related services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services are information, not advice
Argos is a publisher of impersonal market information. The Services provide data, analytics, signals, and educational content about tokenized real-world assets, digital assets, derivatives, prediction markets, and related instruments. Everything in the Services — including items labeled “signals,” “alpha,” “opportunities,” “playbooks,” or similar — is general, impersonal information published to all subscribers of the same tier alike. It is not investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of advice, and it is not tailored to you, your finances, or your objectives.
Argos is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, exchange, or fiduciary, and nothing in the Services creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Nothing in the Services is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, security, derivative, or contract. Argos does not offer to buy or sell any asset. Argos does not execute transactions, hold, custody, or transmit funds or assets, and receives no compensation tied to any transaction. Argos receives no referral fee, listing fee, or other compensation from any protocol, token issuer, venue, or firm whose information appears in the Services. Live prices, yields, odds, and similar figures are sourced from third-party venues and data providers. Argos does not set or negotiate those figures and does not accept payment to feature any name. Links labeled View on open a third-party venue’s public page for information; they are not an offer or an order ticket.
Markets discussed in the Services carry substantial risk, including total loss of capital. Past or displayed performance is not indicative of future results. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial professional before acting on any information in the Services.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services — and any transaction you choose to make on any third-party venue — is lawful where you live. Some venues, instruments, and markets referenced in the Services are unavailable to, or restricted for, residents of certain jurisdictions (including the United States); the Services display public market data about them for informational purposes only, and nothing in the Services is an invitation to circumvent any restriction.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or create risk for us or other users. You may stop using the Services, or ask us to delete your account, at any time (see the Privacy Policy for the deletion process).
4. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
- Some features require a paid subscription tier. Prices and tier contents are shown at purchase and may change prospectively with notice.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time via the in-app billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
5. API, keys, and acceptable use
API keys are personal to your account: keep them secret, do not share or sell them, and you are responsible for usage under them. API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas, which we may adjust. You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or republish the Services’ data or content as a competing data product without our written consent; (b) scrape or harvest the Services outside the documented APIs; (c) probe, breach, or test the security of the Services without authorization (see our responsible-disclosure policy in the repository’s SECURITY.md); (d) use the Services to violate law or third-party rights; or (e) interfere with the operation of the Services.
6. Third-party data and venues
The Services aggregate data from third-party sources and venues (market data providers, exchanges, protocols, prediction markets). We do not control and are not responsible for those third parties, their data accuracy, their availability, or their terms. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; where data is unavailable we display an absence (“—”) rather than an estimate, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of anything displayed. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
7. Intellectual property
The Services — including software, design, text, analytics, signal methodology, and the Argos names and logos — are owned by Argos or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR COMPLETE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) ARGOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR TRADING/INVESTMENT LOSSES OF ANY KIND, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES — INCLUDING DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION IN THE SERVICES; AND (B) ARGOS’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, these limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Argos harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or risk to the Services, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 1, 6–10, and 12–15) survive termination.
12. Changes to the Services or these Terms
We may modify the Services over time. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes, we will give notice (for example by email or an in-product notice) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Electronic communications
You consent to receive service communications electronically (account, security, billing, and feature emails). Optional notification emails (alerts, digests, broadcasts) can be disabled in your settings or via the unsubscribe mechanism they carry.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services is the state and federal courts located in California, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms (with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and Argos regarding the Services. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
